A Farm holiday (agriturismo) immersed in the silence of the green Siennese countryside, in one of the most unspoilt parts of Tuscany, is situated between green hills and cultivated fields. This typical Tuscan hamlet has been lovingly restored using traditional materials and furnishings. The agriturismo is situated between Valdichiana and the D’Orcia valley, an ideal location for visiting the large and small cities, which are rich in the history of art: Rome and Florence are about 120 km away, Siena, Arezzo and Perugia about 60km away, whilst Montepulciano, Pienza, Bagni Vignone, San Casciano dei Bagni, Chuisi, Cortona, Città della Pieve and Orvieto are all within close proximity. Lake Trasimeno is about 15km from the hamlet. Francesco and Luisa are the owners and live in the farm house and personally greet all their guests on arrival.

Together they work the 12 hectare farm, consisting of olive groves, crops and woods. They produce Extra Virgin Olive Oil which is bottled and sold directly on the farm. They grow fruit, make delicious jams and also produce “Millefiori” honey. During their stay guests can sample the genuine farm products; toasted bread with olive oil and tomatoes, Tuscan Pecorino Cheese and honey, main dishes and traditional desserts all home made by Luisa.
The apartments are all well presented and comfortable. Each has its own gazebo with tables and chairs. The swimming pool with convenient steps, is surrounded by a large lawned area, a perfect spot for reading, relaxing and sunbathing. Part of the garden is dedicated to a children’s play area.Guests can use the barbeque and wood oven to cook tasty mixed grills. A communal laundry and ironing room is available for the guests and there is ample shaded covered parking.
